Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manger, Mr. Bell actively sets the pace for the
projects he oversees. With over 28 years experience in all facets of
construction Mr. Bell leads his team with a hands-on approach and
with a unique creative ability. Mr. Bell approaches each project
armed with an understanding of the complete construction process.

Mr. Bell has concentrated on multi-family development over the past
8 years. He has successfully completed approximately 21 projects
estimated at over 200 million dollars. He is well known in the
industry for overcoming even the most difficult of conditions and
time constraints of a project. He takes pride in his work and works
diligently and passionately to achieve his goal.

Mr. Bell’s drive and ability to motivate others is apparent in his daily
activities. He brings unique insight in the varied aspects of property
development and construction management to his role as Senior
Project Manager with CW Construction and Development. His
construction knowledge has been instrumental in the success of the
company.

His role has included site selection and evaluation, estimating, design
management, value engineering, pre-construction services, cost
containment, schedule management and construction and product
delivery.
